Firstly make sure you double check your judgment debtor's address - try www.royalmail.co.uk which means you can cross check postcodes and addresses with ease.
Secondly try and visualise your judgment debtor's assets, be it "goods", equity in a property, a bank account, or a salary! Ask yourself what are the real circumstances of my debtor. And if you're not sure - guess what - we can help you find out!
So don't let anyone tell you enforcement is difficult or write a debt off - not until you have used our services! |
