Does your debtor own a business?

One of the biggest obstacles to successful enforcement is identifying and suing the correct legal entity. In law, legal persons can take the shape of sole trader's, partnerships, companies and other unincorporated associations.

The first thing to do, even before credit is granted, is to check and verify which type of entity you are dealing with and then to follow our simple matrix on the requirements you should check for before granting credit.

If the "horse has bolted", credit has been granted and you have obtained a Judgment, use our enforcement matrix to assess what can be done to help you successfully enforce your Judgment.
